How often does the house church meet around food?
There are quite a lot of references to meeting around food in the bible. Sharing food and conversation is one of the greatest ways to get to know each other. We try to have each of our gatherings involve food in some way.
Does each person at the house church have to bring food?
No one is ever required to bring food. Whenever someone is able to bring food, it is always encouraged.
What do you do about food allergies?
Since the house church groups are small, it becomes clear from the beginning who has certain allergies. There are also certain diets that people try to abide by. Most families try to take this into account when preparing something to bring.
